Trainers, Mitch & Ryan, came 1st place overall in the 2024 Brisbane Open Doubles Hyrox.

In Ryan’s first Hyrox, he competed solo, with a finishing time of 1:01:17. He placed 3rd in his age group and 6th overall in the men’s open division.

Trainer, Aisling, came 1st place overall in the 2024 Melbourne Open Solo Hyrox. This qualified her for Hyrox World Champs in Chicago later this year.

She also came 2nd overall and 1st in her age group in the 2025 Brisbane Pro Solo division.
